• "Merchant": Business entities registered to use our payment services

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be a legally registered business entity in India, have the authority to enter into binding agreements, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations including KYC and AML requirements.

3. Account Registration

By registering for our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Services

We provide payment processing services including transaction processing, merchant onboarding, analytics, and payout services. The specific features and pricing will be as agreed in your merchant agreement with us.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees will be as specified in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. All applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Processing transactions for prohibited business types
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Any activity that may harm our reputation or operations

7. Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all data protection requirements and ensure proper handling of customer data processed through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, including software, logos, and content, remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the merchant agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
